Harry was born in Kenya. After a career in the colonial service he and Rachel moved to Shipton in 1970.  He was an active Church Warden for St Mary’s and a familiar figure in the local pantomime June/July 2008

Reginald Montgomery 1917 to 2008
Monty had a long career with the RAF and after retiring became a flying instructor at Kidlington. He was Chairman of Milton Parish Council for 18 years and very active in the community. June/July 2008
