The Sports Equipment Library
Based in the Leisure Services Department at the Woodgreen Offices in Witney, low loan fees for equipment, books and videos.  Dec/Jan 2000/01.  
Lights of Love
Donations from the Lights of Love Tree will go to the Raising the Roof appeal to build a new Sobell House Hospice.  Dec/Jan 2000/01.  
The Wychwoods Local History Society
Tim Porter spoke on Cotswold Churches in the Landscape, and after the AGM, John Rawlins spoke on the Wychwoods in Wartime.  Dec/Jan 2000/01.  
Shipton Station Improvement in Memory of the late Ian Matthews
The Cotswold Line Improvement Group and Thames Trains presented a replica of an Edwardian Great Western Railway bench in memory of Ian Matthews, a committee member of the CPLG.  Dec/Jan 2000/01.  
Anyone for Tennis
Ian Carrington tells of the saga to get a Lottery Grant for 3 new artificial grass courts, and their successful construction.  Dec/Jan 2000/01.  
Wychwood Library
Certificates and Medals were presented for the Summer Relay Reading, and there is a Read and Review Scheme for new authors.  Dec/Jan 2000/01.

The Wychwood Playgroup
With a parent run committee, the playgroup meets in Milton Hall, provides care from infancy to school age, and has much support for its fundraising.  Dec/Jan 2000/01.  
The Wychwoods Day Centre Limited
Run by Gill Williams, the Day Centre has been going for two and a half years, has 17 clients, and needs drivers, helpers, cooks, and ideas for activities.  Dec/Jan 2000/01.  
The Wychwood Players
John Drew produced an Alan Ayckbourn play 'It Could Be Any One of Us' dedicated to Peter Jessey (dec) who produced scenery and special effects.  Dec/Jan 2000/01.  
Gardening
Rain and flooding prevents most work in the garden but pruning of fruit trees and bushes can continue.  Dec/Jan 2000/01.  
Norman Frost
John Rawlins gives an outline of Norman Frost's life, who died on 3 Sep 2000.  Norman was a founding member of the History Society.  Dec/Jan 2000/01.

Shipton-u-Wychwood Cricket Club
Both the first and second XI came second in their leagues, the youth players have been very active, and grants are being sought for new equipment.  Dec/Jan 2000/01.  
Wychwood Primary School – New Computer Room
The new computer room is proving very popular, and the school has re-established links with the Community Police Officer, PC Ray Hamilton.  Dec/Jan 2000/01.  
Milton-under-Wychwood Allotments and Gardens Association
