The New Beaconsfield Hall
The Committee thanks everyone who contributed to the project which should be finished by May 1998, 4 years from its launch.  Aug/Sep 1997.

The playground has been resurfaced, and there have been trips to the Malvern Hills, Oxford, and Bekonscot Model Village.  Aug/Sep 1997.

1st Wychwood Scout Group
The Cubs came second in the athletics day trophy, the teams did well in the District 6-a side football and the Scouts had a District Pioneering Day.  Aug/Sep 1997.

Burford School Ugandan Conquest
Raising funds for 13 pupils to visit Uganda on a cultural exchange with Bishop Dunstan School in the Seese Islands, set up by Annie Paget in 1995.  Aug/Sep 1997.  ,
