This is made available as follows: for local deliveries:each of our volunteer distributors/deliverers is provided with a list of subscribers related to their area only. For postal deliveries, our Postal Manager is provided with the full list of postal subscribers. Any personal data communicated to us via email, a form on our site or hard copy, will only be used in connection with the subject of the communication.  7.2 Where we store your personal data. All the information you provide to us is securely stored electronically on our local computer systems and is backed up by secure cloud service. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site including email. Once we have received your information, we will use reasonable steps as required by law including administrative, technical and physical measures to secure personal data and to try and prevent unauthorised access.  8 Your rights 8.1 Right to correct any mistakes in your information: you can require us to correct any mistakes in your information which we hold, free of charge.
