We only hold name and address details for our subscribers, maintained electronically by our Distribution Manager.  This is made available as follows:

  • For local deliveries, each of our voluntary distributors is provided with a list of subscribers related to their area only.
  • For postal deliveries, our Postal Manager is provided with the full list of postal subscribers.

Communication data
Any personal data communicated to us via email, via a form on our website or via hard copy will only be used in connection with the subject of the communication.

Where we store your personal data
All information you provide to us is stored on our local computer systems and backed up via a secure cloud service.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site including by email. Once we have received your information, we will use reasonable steps as required by law including administrative technical and physical measures to secure personal data and to try to prevent unauthorised access.
