Messy church

Sounds interesting? Come and join us at the Wychwood School on Sunday 8 December from 4pm until around 6pm and start getting into the Christmas mood.

We invite everyone, and especially families, to get together, with a time for creativity – making things and perhaps a mess – story time and singing and finishing off with tea. Our theme in December will of course be Christmas with an opportunity to make Christmas cards, decorations or small gifts and enjoy songs and stories for the season.

Children of all ages are welcome with their parents. We especially hope this will be an opportunity to meet you if you have recently moved into the village and area.
We plan to hold this each month on the afternoon of the 3rd Sunday. So further dates for your diary: January 19th, February 16th, March 15th and April 19th
Messy Church is part of The Bible Reading Fellowship (BRF), a Registered Charity.

“Messy Church enables people of all ages to belong to Christ together through their local church. It is a way of being church which is particularly suited to families but welcoming to all. It meets at a time and on a day that suits local families and is particularly aimed at people who have never belonged to a church before.”
